Induction Process

Recruit Personnel take Work Health & Safety seriously and we expect our candidates to do so to.

As part of the registration and induction process, you will be asked to complete a number of forms before the commencement of your placement. All forms can be returned to:  apply@recruitpersonnel.com.au.

Registration Form

To complete our Registration Form, follow the link below. Please note that this form can be completed electronically.  Please open and save onto your device, then complete, save and attach to a return email: apply@recruitpersonnel.com.au

REGISTRATION FORM

Superannuation Form:

This form needs to be completed prior to your first payroll.  Payroll forms need to be submitted by 9.00am each Monday.

SUPERANNUATION FORM

Tax File Declaration:

A Tax File Declaration needs to be completed and submitted to us prior to your first payroll, as above.

Online Induction:

Please complete the online induction by following the link below.  This process will take approximately 10-20 minutes for you to read and complete some questions.

ONLINE INDUCTION

Time Sheet:

Once you have commenced your assignment, you will need to submit a weekly timesheet at the end of each week by no later than 9.30am each Monday.
