The opportunity:
Our client is a leading provider of specialised services within the mining industry, with a focus on mining machinery, particularly hydraulic excavators and shovels. They excel in executing new machine construction, equipment repair, servicing, rebuilds, and mobilisation.
Currently, they have vacancies for Heavy Diesel Fitters to join their team permanently across the NSW Hunter Valley and Upper Hunter regions.
To be successful in this role, you will need;

To be successful in this role, you will need;
- A relevant diesel or plant mechanic trade qualification
- Experience working with mining equipment
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Have a strong safety focus and ability to abide by site safety protocols
- Hold a current Order 43
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Competitive hourly rate depending on skill level
- Company vehicle
- Site inductions paid for
- Monday to Friday roster - no weekend work
